São Paulo, 19 August 2026 — Liwathon Group, the privately owned infrastructure and commodities group, has established Liwathon Brasil Ltda., its new company and office in São Paulo, Brazil. Liwathon Brasil is led by Roberto Landi as Director.
Liwathon Brasil is the Group’s base for Brazil and the wider Latin American region. From its office in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo, the team will build relationships across the region and look at opportunities to own and operate infrastructure that fits the Group’s portfolio of energy terminals and commodity assets.
The São Paulo office joins the Group’s office in London and its three operating businesses: Liwathon E.O.S. in Estonia, Liwathon B.O.S. on Grand Bahama and Lusca Salt on Great Inagua, The Bahamas.
“Opening Liwathon Brasil marks the next stage in the Group’s expansion, and we are excited about the future of Liwathon in Latin America,” said Roberto Landi, Director of Liwathon Brasil. “Brazil and Latin America are home to some of the world’s most important producers and markets for energy and commodities. Our team in São Paulo will get to know the region’s businesses and partners, and look for infrastructure where Liwathon can be a long-term owner.”
Liwathon Brasil Ltda. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Liwathon Group.
